New apartment in Cullera with sea views just 30 minutes from Valencia on Cap Blanc beach in Cullera, one of the quietest beaches and away from the crowds.

The apartment has a kitchen, a large dining room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and in-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
The kitchen is well-equipped so you won't miss anything during your vacation: microwave, washing machine, espresso machine, oven, juicer, ceramic hob, glasses, plates, refrigerator, etc.
The glass of the sliding doors have a solar layer that will protect you from the heat, reduce the light and reflect so that the interior of the house is not seen, you have much more privacy.
Important: it has centralized air conditioning in all the rooms, you will not be hot in summer or cold in winter O_O
The dining room is focused for rest. A large sofa where you can take a nap after lunch, watch TV and a spacious table where 6 people can eat comfortably. If you feel like it, you can also eat at the table on the terrace and relax in the comfortable armchairs or on the outside rocker.
We take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously. Cleaning is done by a certified professional cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best-known hotels and hospitals in the province.
It also has a community pool, of course with views of the sea and the mountain on which the building is built. It has private parking reserved for the property.
Cap Blanc beach is one of the quietest beaches in Cullera, there are no crowds even in August. There are two ways to get down to Cap Blanc beach, using the elevators in the building or by car, you can easily park inside the urbanization.

There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car (900m) and 13 minutes walking. Several good restaurants with great PAELLA just 10 minutes walk (800m), also take away places.
When booking I will send you a guide made by us of the Valencia and Cullera area with must-see sites. The guide has restaurants, gastronomy, little-known viewpoints, walking routes, places to visit, etc, etc...
I will also send you our interactive map so that you can consult it on your smartphones and that will give you the exact address of the recommended sites.
I will always be available for any questions that may arise before or during the stay by mail, telephone message or telephone. We'll meet at the delivery of the keys and I'll explain all the features of the apartment :)
