Appartement de vacances dans le port de Jávea avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Cap de San Antonio.
Réveille-toi avec l'aube face à la Méditerranée et profite du petit-déjeuner sur l'une des deux terrasses de l'appartement. Traverse la rue pour te baigner sur la plage et savourer une paella au bord de la mer sur l'animée promenade du port.
L'appartement Victoria de Jávea est un duplex moderne avec entrée privée depuis la rue, jardin, piscine communautaire, WiFi gratuit et place de garage dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers du port. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une terrasse meublée, un salon avec TV, une cuisine entièrement équipée (micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, machine à expresso, bouilloire...) et des toilettes de courtoisie.
À l'étage supérieur se trouvent deux chambres : une chambre double avec salle de bain privative et baignoire à hydromassage, et une autre avec deux lits individuels et une salle de bain avec douche. Les deux chambres ont accès à une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre avec une vue imprenable. On y accède par ascenseur depuis le garage pour les deux étages.
Nous prenons l'hygiène très au sérieux : le nettoyage est effectué par des professionnels et tous les draps et serviettes sont traités par une blanchisserie industrielle spécialisée.
L'urbanisation est fermée et calme, avec de vastes espaces paysagers et une grande piscine. À seulement 50 mètres, on peut pratiquer des activités aquatiques comme le paddle surf, le kayak ou les motos marines.
Face à l'appartement, vous avez accès à deux plages : La Grava, calme et avec un pavillon bleu, et le Primer Muntanyar, de pierre brute et aux eaux cristallines, idéal pour faire du snorkeling et profiter d'un lever de soleil unique. Les deux disposent de services tels que des sauveteurs, des transats et des bars de plage avec beaucoup d'ambiance.

It was lovely meeting Diane and having her continuously contactable via (Hidden by Airbnb) gave great peace of mind that I was in good hands. The property had everything i needed and more! Waking up to the sunrise and sleeping to the sunset was incredible! The views was stunning!!!! The area is vibrant during the daytime and peaceful during the night. The beds were very comfortable and wardrobe space was perfect. Vicente is an amazing host and was very accomidating, prompt and helpful throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Victoria Port. I have stayed in a fair few apartments and villas in Javea and surrounding areas, this was my absolute favourite! Wholeheartedly recommebd to all, a home away from home

In contrast to other accommodation there was also some essential stuff here, like spicies, oil, shampoo, ..I would particularly like the cleanness of the accommodation, from the kitchen do the bathroom everything was sparkling cleaned. We also got some helpful insider-tips from Diane. Thanks for the nice stay.. we will come back again!

The view is to die for right on the sea right at the entrance to the port area and within a Mile of the Arenal. It goes out direct onto the street and feels safe. There is a large swimming pool area at the back which is communal. Nice apartament.

The apartment is well equipped to make easy lunches and has everything you need for a holiday stay. it was just perfect for us, the size, location and the interior design gives it a special touch. Super nicely done! The balcony with sea view was a lovely place to sit on late afternoon to relax for read a book. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Stunning spot and views. The double bedroom was perfect and very comfortable. A great place to stay for a few daysa longer vacation! You can watch the sunrise from your bedterrace. Close to nice restaurants and beach. We loved our stay!

This was my second stay in this apartment in the past couple months. It is in a fantastic location, so close to the sea that you can hear the surf from both of the apartment’s terraces. Also a very easy walk to everything in the port area, including restaurants, bars and shopping. I was met at check-in by Diana and Alan, who kindly gave me the keys and offered to store my things before they had finished preparing the apartment. Communication with them and with Vicente was perfect, and they checked with me just after my arrival and on the day of departure to make sure everything was okay. This is a really beautiful and romantic place to stay in Jávea!

Booked to stay in this apartment for 5 nights at the end of May. Apartment is in prime location giving access to Javea Port with no need for a car. Fantastic views of the sea. Accommodation is excellent, although we did not make full use of the kitchplus
Booked to stay in this apartment for 5 nights at the end of May. Apartment is in prime location giving access to Javea Port with no need for a car. Fantastic views of the sea. Accommodation is excellent, although we did not make full use of the kitchen facilities as we were only there for 5 nights. We would like to thank Diana and Alan for their warm welcome on arrival which was late as night, it was much appreciated. No hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.

This is really a beautiful and amazing apartment in an enviable beachfront location right next to the Port of Javea, with a view of the Mediterranean (just 100 feet away) from each of the two terraces. Restaurants and many shopping options, including the fish market, are within a few minutes walk. We had a car and appreciated the convenience of the indoor parking space that comes with the apartment. The location allows easy access to all that Javea has to offer, but is also relatively peaceful because it is removed from the Arenal Beach area and all of the commercial and tourist activity there. Vicente is a very kind and friendly host and was there to meet us when we arrived. Communication was great from beginning to end, and his response time was very quick. Check in and check out were super-easy. We will definitely return!
